La Cabra approaches coffee with deep appreciation for the raw material. The character of a coffee cherry is shaped by highly specific conditions, requiring great skill from the producer to bring it to life. That’s why they only work with trusted partners to source their coffees, both directly with producers and through a select few importing companies, but always with exceptional quality in mind.
La Cabra creates the freshest coffee experiences by reflecting the seasonality of coffee harvesting as closely as possible in their offering. They visit origin countries several times a year, building relationships with the skilled individuals who pour their love and passion into every coffee plant and ripening cherry.
